Ordering online

• Contact us for your username & password details
• Please read our terms & conditions and delivery costs before ordering
• Click the products tab on the left
• Choose which group of products you are interested in 
• Enter your username and password
• When you see a product you like, click on the picture to enlarge it
• If you wish to order the product, enter the quantity you would like (the default quantity is 1, although each item has its own minimum order quantity)
• Click the "Add to basket" tab
• To continue shopping, close the shopping basket page & you will be returned to our website.
  
• When you have finished shopping click the "Go to payments" tab in the shopping basket (you don't have to give credit card details or make a payment at this time)
• Fill in the invoice/delivery address form
• We will phone to book in any pallet deliveries and discuss delivery charges (if applicable), but we only book in carton deliveries if requested.
